1 pound ground beef, cooked & drained
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c celery chopped
2 c chopped onions
1 1/2 cup water
1/2 cup uncooked rice
4 Tbs soy sauce
1 can chow mein noodles (in a can or bag--probably not in the gourmet section)

Directions:

Combine ingredients in a casserole dish
Bake at 350 for 1 1/2 hours, then stir mixture well, add 1 can chow mein noodles and bake 1/2 hour longer.

This recipe came from Grandma Knauf and was one of Mom's favorites! Not entirely sure you can still get chow mein noodles...or that they are still called that...
