2 pounds skirt steak, cut as needed
garlic powder
onion powder
Dale's marinade

Directions:
Directions:
1. Place steak portions on wax paper or large cutting board.
2. Sprinkle steak with garlic powder and onion powder.
3. Pour some Dale's into a small bowl and brush each steak portion with marinade.
4. Flip steak portions and repeat seasoning the meat.
5. Heat a large skillet (or two) until water beads on contact.
6. Place the steak portions on the hot skillet and cook until well browned.
7. Flip steak portions and cook to desired doneness. Tip: Do not cook past medium rare.
8. Remove steak from pan and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
