1 9" pie shell,, unbaked
1 1//2 cup sugar
3 eggs, well beaten
1 tsp lemon juice
dash salt
1/2 cup butter (1 stick), softened
3 Tbsp All purpose flour
1 Cup Buttermilk
1 tsp vanilla
ground nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Set out pie shell. Place softened butter in a large mixing bowl. Add sugar and cream well. Add flour, eggs, buttermilk, lemon juice, vanilla and salt. Mix well. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Sprinkle nutment lightly over top. Bake for 1 hour or until the top is golden brown.
