Crust:
1 1/2 c flour
salt
2 T sugar
1/2 c oil
1/4 c milk

Filling:
1 pkg. 16 oz. frozen fruit
1 c water

Topping:
1 c sugar
2 T flour
sprinkle with cinnamon
dots of butter

Directions:
Directions:
Crust: Stir flour, salt and sugar together. Add oil and milk. Pat out with hands in 8" or 9" pan.
Save a small chunk for top.

Filling:
Bring fruit, water to boil. Remove from heat and add sugar and 2 T flour. Pour into crust, sprinkle with cinnamon and dot with butter.

Press out remaining crust and lay in pieces over the top to partially cover.

Bake at 400 for 30 minutes.

Makes a 8 x 8 pan or double for 9 x 13 pan.
