3 (8 oz.) cans of tomato sauce
1 pork loin
2 zucchinis
1 can of corn drained
garlic salt
salt
corn or flour tortillas

Directions:
Directions:
Cut the pork loin into small in. squares. Slice zucchini in large discs., so it will not dissolve while simmering. Brown the pork in a large cooking pan. Add sliced zucchini, can of drained cor, and cans of tomato sauce, add garlic salt and salt to your tasting. Let simmer for 40 mins. until the pork is very soft and easy to chew. Serve in a bowl along with tortillas.
