Ingredients:  
2 T olive oil
1 small onion, finely chopped
1 small green pepper, finely chopped
3 T fresh parsley (can use dry)
1 1/2# ground turkey (I use ground chicken)
3/4 c. Italian bread crumbs**
1 large egg
1/4 c ketchup
1 t kosher salt
1 t black pepper

Topping:
Ketchup, mustard, brown sugar (Splenda)

Directions:
Directions:
Add all ingredients to the ground turkey (or chicken), mix until combined. Form into loaf and pack in greased 9 x 5 loaf pan. Mix ketchup, mustard, brown sugar to make topping and brush over top.

Bake at 350º For 1 1/2 hours.
