1/2 cup chopped onion
1.2 cup chopped celery
1/4 cup butter
1 can cream corn
1 cup water
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 1/2 tsp poultry seasoning
Pinch of thyme
3 eggs, beaten
8 oz prepared bread stuffing
1/2 cup melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Cook chopped onion and celery in butter until tender. Add cream corn, water, salt, pepper, poultry seasoning and thyme. Bring to a boil. Pour over 8 oz prepared bread stuffing. Mix well. Beat 3 eggs and pour into the mix, shape into balls. Put in shallow baking dish snf pout 1/2 cup melted butter over the balls. Bake in 350º oven until brown, approximately 30 minutes.
