Graham Cracker Crust:
1 3/4 c crushed graham crackers
1/4 c finely crushed walnuts or pecans
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 c butter melted

2-8 oz packages of softened cream cheese.
1 c sugar
2 tbsp flour
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp lemon
2 eggs & 1 egg yolk
1/4 c milk

Preheat oven to 375

Mix crust ingredients and press into a springform pan.

Mix cheesecake ingredients and pour over crust.

Bake for 40-50 minutes. Cool 15 minutes and loosen sides. Cool 30 minutes and remove pan.

Chill at least 4 hours.
