PUFFS:
cup butter
1 cup water
1 cup flour
tsp. salt
4 eggs
FILLING:
1 cups sugar
4 loaded T. flour
2 eggs
2 cups milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
FOR THE PUFFS:

Melt butter in water over medium heat. Turn heat to low and add flour and salt. Beat vigorously until it holds together in a ball. Remove from heat, and add eggs one at a time. Beat vigorously after each egg, until mixture is smooth. Drop by tablespoon on well greased baking sheet. Bake at 375 for 1 hour. After cook,
cut off tops fill with cream filling (see below) and sprinkle with powdered sugar.

FOR THE FILLING:

Mix flour and sugar. Add beaten eggs. Cook slowly over low heat or in a double boiler, stirring often. Add vanilla and cook till thickened. Cool and fill shells.
