1 (16 OZ) FROZEN BROCCOLI

2 CUPS DICED HAM

8 EGGS

3 1/2 CUPS MILK

1/2 TSP SALT

1 1/2 TSP DRY MUSTARD

2 TBSP MINCED ONIONS

BREAKUP LEFTOVER BREAD PLACE IN BOTTOM OF 9 X 13 PAN. PLACE 1/2 # SLICED CHEESE ON BREAD.

COOK AND DRAIN CHOPPED BROCCOLI.
LAYER HAM AND BROCCOLI ON BREAD.
TOP WITH COOKIE CUTOUTS OF BREAD.

BEAT EGGS, MILK, SALT MUSTARD AND ONIONS.
POUR OVER TOP OF BREAD,BROCCOLI AND HAM MIXTURE.

BAKE AT 325 FOR ABOUT 1 HOUR OR LONGER.

TEST...LET IT SET UP FOR 10 MINUTES BEFORE SERVING.
