1/2 tsp baking powder
1 egg
Splash of vanilla
2 tbsp cocoa
1 - 2 tsp sugar or sweetener

Mix everything in the order of the ingredient list RIGHT IN THE MUG!

Microwave for 30 sec – 3X (If necessary, do an extra 15 sec after the 90 sec.)

Tip out of the mug and shake icing sugar over top :) Or....icecream...

Great for making during the commercial on TV ! It is a bit bitter with one tsp so I use two tsp. But do it to your taste.
