1 onion, diced
3-4 cloves fresh garlic
3 (15oz) cans black beans, lightly drained
1 can Rotelle diced tomatoes and green chilies

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onions and garlic in a little olive oil. Add beans and tomatoes.
Cook until hot or cook for several hours, on low, for thicker beans.
Serve over rice. Condiments: salsa, sour cream, chopped onions.
