6 medium potatoes (peeled and cut in 1/8" slices)
4 tbsp. Chopped onions
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. flour
2 cups milk

Directions:
Directions:
Grease casserole dish with butter.

Arrange in alternating layers potatoes and onions, and seasoned flour in greased dish. Dot with butter on top and pour milk over top until almost covered.

Bake at 350º F for 1 hour uncovered. Or cover for 30 mins and uncovered for 30 mins. depending on how crunchy you want the top.
