Ingredients:  
2 1/2 to 3 lb. Chopped Beef (Chuck)
3 Eggs
1 Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
3 Tbs chopped Parsley
3 Slices stale bread crumbled or 3/4 Cup Bread crumbs
2 Tbs finely chopped garlic
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper

Directions:
Directions:

Mix all ingredients; if mixture seems too dry add a couple of teaspoons of water

Roll into balls and fry in cooking oil

Add to cooked gravy
