Lazy Day Lasagna Recipe

12 ounce cottage cheese
2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
2 eggs
1/3 cup chopped parsley
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 to 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1 teaspoon pepper
32 ounce spaghetti sauce (your preference type and variety)
1 pound hamburger
9 uncooked lasagna noodles

In a large bowl mix first 7 ingredients until well blended.

Brown ground beef, then add in the spaghetti sauce.

In greased 13x9 baking dish spread about 3/4 cup meat sauce.
Layer 3 uncooker noodles on top meat sauce
Spread with 1/2 of cottage cheese mixture mix
Then 1 1/2 cup meat sauce
Layer 3 more uncooked noodles on top of meat mixture.
Top with remanaing cottage cheese mxture
Then layer of 3 uncooked noodles
Cover with remaining meat sauce.

I sometimes add extra Italian cheese on top

Cover with Foil and Bake at 375 for 45 minutes.
Uncover and Bake for 15 minutes or until noodles are tender.

Let stand 10 minutes before serving

Serve with Parmesan cheese
