1/4 cup salad oil
2 lb ground beef
1 garlic clove minced
1 8 oz can refried beans
1/4 tsp salt
2 lb Monterey Jack Cheese, shredded 2 cups
5 large pitted ripe olives, sliced
4 (8 0z) flour tortillas
1 medium onion, diced
1 (4 oz) can chopped green chilies, drained
1/3 cup hot taco sauce, or mild taco sauce
1 cup shredded lettuce
1 medium tomato, diced

Directions:
Directions:
In 10 inch skillet, over medium heat, in hot oil, fry 1 tortilla at a time, about 30 seconds on each side until lightly browned and blistered. Remove tortillas to paper towels to drain. Discard oil. Over high heat, cook ground beef, onion and garlic until all pan juices evaporate and meat is well browned, stirring occasionally. Remove skillet from heat; stir in green chilies, refried beans, taco sauce, and salt. In 9 inch pie plate, place 1 tortilla; top with 1/4 of bean mixture and 1/4 cheese. Repeat 3 times. Bake pie 30 minutes or until heated through.

Sprinkle pie with lettuce, diced tomatoes and olives.

Bake in 350 oven for 30 minutes.
