32 oz bag shredded hashbrowns, broken apart
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1-12oz sour cream
1 small onion chopped
2 c. shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all but shredded cheese in a big bowl and pour into a greased 9x13 pan. Top with shredded cheese. Bake @ 350F for 45 minutes.

Melba Jo Raine was a good friend of my mother's, and would bring this dish to many of the potlucks at church. It was always my favorite thing there.
My mom later incorporated what came to be known as Cheesy Potatoes into just about every family gathering.
