¾ c. flour
½ tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
1-3oz pkg NON-instant vanilla pudding mix
3 TBSP butter, softened
1 egg
½ c. milk

1-29oz. can of sliced peaches, reserve the juice
1-8oz. block of cream cheese
½ c. sugar
*****************************************

1 TBSP each sugar & cinnamon, mixed together and set aside.

Directions:

Mix flour, salt, baking powder, and pudding mix. Mix in butter, egg and milk. Beat for 2 minutes. Pour into 10" greased pie pan, and bake @ 350ºF for 10 minutes.Remove from oven, and arrange peach slice on top.

Mix about 4 TBSP of the reserved juice, sugar, and cream cheese together in mixer until fluffy. Spoon over peaches, leaving about 1" from the side of the pan. Sprinkle with the sugar & cinnamon mixture.
Bake about 45 minutes to an hour.

You can omit the first baking of the crust, but the pie will be a bit doughy.
