3 egg whites
1/2 t vanilla
1/4 t cream of tartar
3 T sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg whites, vanilla, and cream of tartar to a soft peak (while still foamy). Add sugar (1T per egg white). Bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes or until brown.
