1 cup chopped pecans
1 cup coconut
1 boxed German chocolate cake mix
1 stick butter
1 8oz block cream cheese
1 box powdered confectioner sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat over to 350º ( no hotter). Spray 9x13 pan with non stick spray. Sprinkle pecans and coconut into bottom of pan. In a separate bowl mix cake mix as directed and pour over pecans and coconut. In a saucepan over medium , melt butter and cream cheese. Stirring constantly, as not to scorch. Once thoroughly mixed together, add the whole box confectioner sugar gradually. STIR STIR STIR.Once all sugar is mixed in, remove from heat. It may have a few little lumps. Pour over cake mixture. Bake about 40 minutes until toothpick in center comes out clean. DO NOT OVERBAKE!
