240 grams medium cheddar, grated
250 gram pkg. of cream cheese
¼ tsp. salt
⅛ tsp. each black pepper and garlic powder
1½ tsp. Worchester sauce

Directions:
In a medium size bowl, blend on medium speed the cream cheese with the salt, pepper, garlic powder and worchester sauce.

Add the grated cheese and mix together. Form either into two smooth balls, or two logs approximately 1½" x 7". Sprinkle chile powder onto wax paper and dust the entire surface of the ball/log. Wrap in the wax paper and store in the fridge. Can be frozen, but not preferrable.

Serve with crackers.
