2 - 8 oz pkg. of cream cheese, softened
1 c. sugar (I use less, about 3/4 c. )
1 - 12 oz carton cool whip
1 t. vanilla
2 pkg. (18 long crackers) graham crackers
1 1/4 sticks butter, melted
1 - 24 oz can cherry pie filling

Crush graham crackers, mix with melted butter. Press in bottom of 9" x 13" pan. Beat cream cheese, sugar, cool whip and vanilla with a mixer and mix well. Pour over crust, spread evenly. Top with cherry pie filling. Refrigerate several hours or overnight.
