1 lb ground beef or sausage
1 clove garlic
1 T parsley flakes
1 T basil
2 c tomatoes
2 6 oz tomato paste
1 10 oz pack lasagna

2 12 oz carton cottage cheese
2 beaten eggs
2 T parsley flakes
1/2 c parmesan cheese
1 lb. mozarella cheese

Brown meat, drain. Add 6 ingredients to meat. Simmer uncovered until thick. 45 minutes. Cook noodles, drain, rinse with cold water. Combine cottage cheese next 5 ingredients. Layer noodles, cheese, meat. Bake at 375 for 35 minutes.
