6 bananas, halved and sliced lengthwise
1 c ground peanuts

Dressing
3/4 c sugar
1 1/2 T flour
1 T vinegar (add last)
1 c milk
2 egg yolks

Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg yolks, add milk, then flour and sugar. Cook over low heat until thickens. Remove from heat. Add vinegar and cool.

Layer in bowl bananas, pudding, peanuts and repeat.
