1 c. butter
2 c. flour
1/2 c. sugar
1/8 t. salt
1 - 14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk
1 - 16 oz. package semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 t. vanilla extract
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º

In a large bowl, beat butter with mixer on low speed for 30 seconds. Add flour, sugar and salt and mix until combined. Press 2/3 of mixture on the bottom of an ungreased 9" x 13" pan.
In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine condensed milk and chocolate chips, stirring until mixture is smooth. Add nuts and vanilla. Spread hot mixture over crust. Dot with remaining dough. Bake for 30-35 minutes. Cool.
Cut into squares.
