2 packages of yeast (mixed with 1 c. of lukewarm water)
½ c. butter or shortening
½ c. sugar
1 tsp. of salt
1 egg,
6 c. flour
1 stick of margarine or butter
cinnamon
powdered sugar
milk

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter or shortening, sugar and salt. Add 1 c. boiling water and beat again, add egg and beat again, add yeast and beat again. Add flour and mix well, let rise one hour. Roll out and butter dough, sprinkle brown or white sugar and cinnamon, roll up, cut and put in pans. Let rise one hour and bake at 350º for 20-25 minutes.

Frost if desired with frosting made of powdered sugar, butter and milk.
