1/4 c pitted majool dates
1/4 c maple syrup
1/2 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
3/4 c mashed avocado (1.5 avocados)
6 T unsweetened cocoa powder
1/4 c water or almond milk (may need more water if thick)

Directions:
Directions:
1. Put the dates, maple syrup and vanilla extract in a food processor fitted with the S-shape blade and process until smooth.
2. Add the avocados and cocoa powder and process until creamy.
3. Add the water/almond milk and process briefly.
4. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
