2 c. cooked chicken (use 1 whole fryer, baked)
2 c. celery, chopped
1 onion, chopped (optional)
1/2 t. salt
2 T lemon juice
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. slivered almonds
1 small jar chopped pimientos

1 c. grated cheddar cheese
2 c. crushed potato chips

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all together. Put in long greased pyrex dish. (This can be made the night before.)

Bake at 350º for 20-30 minutes.

Spread shredded cheese and potato chips over top and bake for 10-15 minutes more.
