3 cups sugar
1 ½ cups milk
¼ cup butter
1 ½ cups peanut butter
1 tsp vanilla
⅛ tsp salt
Directions:
Directions:
Combine sugar, milk & salt.
Cook on high heat until it comes to a boil, then decrease heat to medium and continue to cook to soft ball stage, about 235º - 240º.
Remove from heat and add butter, vanilla and peanut butter and stir well to blend thoroughly.
Stir occasionally until cool enough to pour into buttered pan or plate.
Cool completely before cutting.
