15 carrots, peeled & stems removed
⅓ C. butter, softened
½ C. sugar
1 tsp. salt
½ tsp. cinnamon
⅓ C. boiling water
1 Tbsp. orange juice
fresh parsley, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
preheat oven 350 º. Clean carrots & arrange in a 9 x 13 baking dish. Using electric mixer, cream butter, sugar, salt, cinnamon. While mixer is running slowly add boiling water & orange juice. Pour mix over carrots & cover with foil. Bake for 90 minutes. Remove foil & transfer carrots to a serving platter. Drizzle carrots with melted butter from baking dish. Garnish with chopped parsley, if desired.
