Sweet Potato Casserole Recipe

3 c. mashed sweet potatoes
1 stick oleo
2 eggs, well beaten
1 t vanilla
1/2 c evaporated milk
1 c sugar
pinch of salt

1/2 c flour
1/4 stick oleo
1 c pecans, chopped
1 c brown sugar

Mix well and put in buttered casserole. Crumble topping together and spread over sweet potato mixture.

Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. This freezes well.

Makes an 8 x 8 casserole. Double it for a 9 x 13.
