Banana Muffins Recipe

2 c flour
1 c sugar
2 tsp baking powder
2 tsp baking soda
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1/3 c oil
1/2 c milk
2 very ripe bananas
1/2 c chocolate chips
1/2 cup walnuts (optional)

1. Preheat oven to 350.
2. Mix all dry ingredients together. Then add milk, oil, vanilla, and eggs.
3. Mash bananas and add them with chocolate chips and walnuts (if mix seems too thick, add a little more milk).
4. Spray muffin pan with nonstick spray. Fill each to the top (do not overfill, they will rise).
5. Bake 30 minutes or until golden (55 min for bread).
