1 cup mayonnaise
1/3 cup apple cider vinegar
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon or to taste, Tobasco sauce or another favorite

Directions:
Directions:
Stir together mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, salt, freshly ground black pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, and hot sauce in a small bowl. Taste and adjust seasonings, adding more of any ingredients you’d like.

Serve immediately or chill to blend flavors. To store, refrigerate for 3 to 4 days, covered.

To use as a barbecue sauce for chicken or pork, thin it by adding a tablespoon or two of water to get to the needed consistency.
