1/ cupbutter 1/4 cup brown sugar 1 egg separated 1 cup flour
Mix butter, brown sugar, egg yolk, flourr, then roll into balls. Refrigerate, then dip in neatened whites, and crushed nuts optional. Make dent in cookies. Bake 300 º 10 minutes, then make another dent. Add raspberry preserves, then bake 300 º 10 minutes.
