MIX UNTIL CRUMBLY

1 1/2 CUPS FLOUR

1 1/4 CUPS OATMEAL(UNCOOKED)

1 1/2 CUP BROWN SUGAR (FIRMLY PACKED)

3/4 CUP MELTED BUTTER (OR MARG)

2 TSP CINNAMON

PRESS HALF OF THE ABOVE MIXTURE INTO GREASED 9 X 13 PAN.

COVER WITH 5-6 CUPS OF DICED RHUBARB.

COMBINE 1 1/2 CUPS SUGAR, 3 TBSP CORN STARCH, 1 1/2 CUPS WATER AND 1 TSP VANILLA.

COOK UNTIL THICK AND CLEAR. POUR OVER RHUBARB.

TOP WITH REMAINING CRUMBS.

BAKE AT 350 FOR 1 HOUR.
