Preheat oven to 350º.
Line a 12 cup muffin tin with cupcake liners.
In a medium bowl, whisk flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
Make a well in the center of the mixture.
In the well, mix together butter, mashed bananas, eggs, and vanilla.
Stir to incorporate flour mixture; do not overmix.
Spoon batter into muffin tin.
Bake 25-30 minutes.
Remove cupcakes from pan, cool completely on a wire rack.
Top with honey cinnamon frosting.
Honey cinnamon frosting:
1 1/4 cups confectioner's sugar
1 stick softened butter
1 tbsp honey
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
Using an electric mixer, beat confectioner's sugar, butter, honey, and cinnamon until smooth, 4-5 minutes.
