1 CUP FLOUR

5 TBSP POWDERED SUGAR

1/2 CUP BUTTER OR MARGARINE

2 EGGS VERY WELL BEATEN

1 1/2 CUP SUGAR

PINCH OF SALT

1/4 CUP FLOUR

3/4 TSP BAKING POWDER

2 HEAPING CUPS OF CUT UP RHUBARB

MAKE A CRUST USING 1 CUP FLOUR, POWDERED SUGAR AND SOFT BUTTER.

PAT INTO BOTTOM OF 9 X 9 PAN.

BAKE 15 - 20 MINS AT 350. (NOT MORE THAN 20 MINUTES DOES NOT BROWN)

MAKE FILLING COMBINING THE BEATEN EGGS, SUGAR, SALT, FLOUR AND BAKING POWDER BEAT VERY WELL.

FOLD IN RHUBARB AND POUR OVER CRUST.

BAKE 40 MINUTES AT 350. IT FORMS A MERINGUE.
