1 1/2#'s ground chuck
salt & pepper
1 - medium onion, minced and browned along with meat
1 c. Minute Rice
1 c. water
1 c. celery, diced
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup (or celery)
1 T soy sauce or Worcestershire sauce

1 small can chow mein noodles

Brown hamburger, salt and pepper on onion. Pour grease off when browned. Add rice, water, celery,
cream of mushroom, cream of chicken or celery soup, and soy or worchestershire sauce.

Mix well. Pour in greased casserole. Sprinkle top with small can chow mein noodles.

Bake uncovered in oven at 350 for 45 minutes.
