3 tablespoons all purpose flour
2 tablespoons paprika
2 tablespoons onion powder
2 tablespoons garlic powder
1 tablespoon ground or rubbed sage
½ tablespoon seasoned salt
½ tablespoon accent (msg)
2-3 pounds chicken wingettes

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 425º.
2. Line a baking sheet with non-stick aluminum foil.
3. Add first 7 ingrendients to a bowl. Mix to combine.
2. Add a portion of the seasoning mixture in a plastic bag.
3. Add 7-10 wingettes into plastic bag and shake to coat.
4. Remove coated wings and place on foil-lined baking sheet.
7. Repeat until all wings are coated with seasoning. Add seasoning to bag, as necessary.
8. Bake for 25-30 minutes, turning wings halfway through.
