8 cups macaroni

1 1/2 # hamburger

lg pkg of mozarella cheese (grated)

1 cup grated parmesan cheese

1 pkg of taco mix

2 eggs

2 cups milk

Directions:
prepare macaroni & strain.

brown hamburger and mix with taco seasoning.

spread macaroni in 9 x 13 greased pan about 1 - 1 1/2 inches thick.

spread 1/2 pkg of mozarella cheese and parmesan over macaroni.

beat 1 egg and 1 cup milk pour over top.

spread hamburger mix over macaroni and cheese.

spread remaining macaroni over hamburger mixture then moz, parm on top.

cover pan & bake 1/2 hr to 45 mins at 350º.

take cover off broil until cheese turns golden brown.

cut and serve.
