1 tbsp cornstarch
½ cup boiling water
3 egg whites
6 tbsp sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve cornstarch in a bit of cold water. Add it to boiling water and stir until thickened. Cool, Beat egg whites and sugar until stiff peaks form. Whip in cooled cornstarch mixture slowly, Use on any type of pie.
