1 1/2 lbs sliced yellow squash, sliced
1 small onion, chopped
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 small jar pimentoes
1 can sliced water chestnuts
2/3 c. milk
1- 8oz carton sour cream
1/2 c. butter
1 pkg Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix
2 c. grated cheese, American or Cheddar
greasted 9"x13" casserole dish

Directions:

Cook in salted water sliced squash and onion.

mix together:
cream of mushroom soup
sliced water chestnuts
milk
sour cream

Add: cooked squash & onion mixture

Melt: butter and mix with stuffing mix

Line bottom of casserole dish with 1/2 of stuffing mix. Top with squash, soup and sour cream mixture.

Top with grated cheese and remaining stuffing mix
Bake in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes
