Ingredients:  
2 cups sliced peaches
1 cup sugar
prebaked pie shell
2 egg yolks
1 tsp vanilla
dash salt

Directions:
Directions:
Put sliced peaches into bowl and add ½ cup sugar. Heat on medium until mixture comes to slow boil. Add ½ cup sugar and egg yolks. Let cook until thick. Add vanilla and salt. Cool and add to pie shell. Top with meringue and bake until brown.

You may also top the pie with whipped cream, or nothing at all. Just serve with a scoop of ice cream.
