2 pounds ground Pork Sausage, Tennessee Pride Mild
4 cups grated Sharp Cheddar Cheese
1 1/2 cups Bisquick©
1/2 cup chopped Onion
1/2 cup chopped Celery
1/2 tsp. Garlic Powder

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Combine all ingredients and roll into 1 inch balls. Place on a baking sheet, and bake for 12 - 15 minutes, or until golden brown.

Debbie Harris makes these wonderful sausage balls, and they are always a special treat at my office on special occasions, such as Thanksgiving Brunch or Christmas Parties.
