1 box Jiffy Corn Muffin mix
1 egg
1 15 oz can whole kernel corn (drained)
1 15 oz can creamed corn
1 8 oz sour cream
1 stick of butter melted

Cook uncovered in casserole dish 45=50 minutes

This is really easy and delicious for a quick side dish. You can do variations by adding some shredded cheddar. If you add a second egg it will make it lighter.
