Base:
1 c. flour
1/2 c. melted oleo
1/2 c. pecans, chopped

2nd layer:
1 - 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 c. powdered sugar
1 c. cool whip

3rd layer:
1 pkg. chocolate instant pudding
1 pkg. vanilla instant pudding
3 c. milk
1 t. vanilla

Top:
4 oz cool whip
pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Mix ingredients for base and pat in a 9 x 13 pan.
Bake 15 minutes at 350º.
Let cool completely.

2nd Layer:
Mix and spread over crust.

3rd Layer:
Beat until thick and spread on top.

Top:
Top with 4 oz. cool whip. Sprinkle with pecans.
