beer
salt
pepper
fish fillet

Directions:
Directions:
Follow instructions on pancake mix. Instead of milk, substitute with beer. Add enough beer until a nice batter consistency is achieved. Add salt and pepper to the batter. Lightly flour fillets then dip in batter. Fry in pan until golden brown. Place on paper towel to drip.

TIP: If you would like your fish to taste less fishy, soak the fillets in milk in the refrigerator for an hour before preparing.
