Marinade:
1/2 cup canola oil
1/3 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
2 Tbsp lemon juice
1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp dry mustard
1/4 tsp black pepper

Flank Steak - 1 1 /4 lbs plus or minus

Directions:
Directions:
Blend all marinade ingredients in a blender. Pour over meat and cover with plastic wrap.
Put in refrigerator for 4-8 hours turning occasionally.

Heat Grill.

Remove steak from marinade grill 5 minutes per side so its browned on the outside but still rare in the center. Let rest before slicing. Slice in strips against the grain.
