1 c. sugar
1 stick butter
¼ c. Orange Liqueur
¼ c. water
1 (18.25 oz.) Devil's Food Cake Mix
8 oz. sour cream
1 (4 oz.) instant chocolate fudge pudding mix
4 eggs
½ c. oil
½ c. water
¼ c. Coffee Liqueur
2 T. orange zest
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 (12 oz.) chocolate chips
Powdered sugar

Directions:
Combine first 4 ingredients, stir over low heat until sugar dissolves and then boil for 2 minutes, cool completely. Grease and flour Bundt Pan. Using an electric mixer, beat cake Mix and next 8 ingredients, stir in chocolate chips. Bake 350º - 1 hour (toothpick inserted). Immediately spoon sugar mixture over cake in pan. Let stand for 30 minutes.
