salt
pepper
seasoned bread crumbs
garlic powder
parsley
grated cheese
3 eggs
milk


Directions:
Directions:
Buy boneless pork chops and salt and pepper meat. Make bread crumb mixture of bread crumbs, garlic powder, grated cheese and parsley. Beat 3 eggs and add a little milk to the eggs. Dip pork chops into egg mixture then into bread crumb mixture. Fry in hot oil then place in baking pan and bake at 350 degrees for about a 1/2 hour.
